After weathering significant disruptions and downturns in the aerospace industry over the last few years as a result of the COVID pandemic, our aerospace-related business lines really start to bounce back in 2022. We manufactured over 935,000 parts – up almost 100,000 parts from the previous year – and shipped 68,000 orders through our distribution center – up almost 10,000 from 2021. And we managed this increase in production while still delivering high-quality parts on time and prioritizing the safety for our workforce.

In 2022, we are proud that we:
- Earned the Boeing Silver-Level Supply Chain Performance Achievement. Only 154 suppliers out of 12,000 worldwide earned this recognition.
- Maintained our record for zero accidents in both of our manufacturing plants and our distribution center. Employee safety is always first.
- Provided job opportunities for people who are often overlooked in the workforce. Some 58% of our workforce has been incarcerated and/or is in recovery.
We also continued to provide thousands of nutritious meals to people in treatment facilities, residential reentry centers and other important programs across the state through our commercial food business line.
